Hm, it's been quite a long time.... The idea is I am not much of a blogger. I love reading good posts, I would like to have a nice blog but I just can't do it. It is useless, it does not bring in anything. And it's work. Why would I do it ?It's irrelevant! It is not literature, not art, not value - it is just a ' pretending".
So, I don't think I will come back to posting ( But who knows,maybe one day I will wake up thinking this is my call :)). I will just indulge in what other people write on their blogs ( I would like them to tell me why they do it and if they never feel it sooooo useless to export parts of your life like this).
Anyway,this is the reason of my non - posting: I just couldn't find the motivation for it anymore.

I've started blogging this February out of a broken heart. I had just broken up with my fiance, and needed to get my mind off things. So I started writing about perfume. Then I gradually moved to more general stuff like book reviews, parts of my everyday life,stuff that annoys me, etc. I met some great friends on WordPress who write poems and we started having small, but very entertaining, poetry challenges. Then I met someone else and decided to get married in November - so parts of my blog are about wedding preparations (going wrong). So I guess my blog is pretty much about everything. Sometimes I also tend to lose interest in it, but my blogger friends always get me back on trak ;-).

ReplyDeleteI don't know why I blog, I think it's sometimes because I feel like a fish out of water in France and need to share. I never thought that anyone would ever read what I write.
I do like writing and a blog is a place where I can express myself. I used to keep a daily journal for a number of years when I was a teenager and I suppose that the blog stems from the same passion of writing things down.
Sometimes I will blog more than other times, life will always come first.
I adore writing so I enjoy blogging and sharing.

Thx for all your comments. The truth is I don't really want to give up the blog but somehow I couldn't find myself able to do it the way I want it. Everytime I start a new post I quickly loose interest and I give up. It's a shame I am so damn lazy.... Maybe I should reconsider not the blog, but my attitude towards it .
